How our support system works

A Support Ticket is a formal request you submit to the SLMC so that the relevant division can review and respond to your query. Unlike a phone call or walk-in visit, every ticket is recorded, tracked, and kept on file — ensuring nothing is missed and you always have a reference.

Response within 2 working days

The responsible division will review your ticket and respond within 2 working days. You will be notified by email.

Automatic escalation

If your ticket is not responded to within the deadline, it is automatically escalated to senior management — your issue will never be ignored.
