Need to verify a medical certificate for foreign employment? Here's what you need to know:

Key Information

No Appointment Needed: You don't need to schedule a prior appointment.

Operating Hours: Verification services are available on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Location: Please visit the SLMC reception counter for verification.

What to Bring

Your Medical Certificate: Ensure it has the doctor's official seal and name, with the SLMC registration number visible.

Your Passport: This is required for identification purposes.

Payment Information

Cash payments are NOT accepted.

All payments for verification services can be made using a debit or credit card at the SLMC reception counter.

 Verification of Registration of Practitioners prior to employment by Health Care Institutions.
